Positive: Good connection to the highway. Reserved parking place in front of house. Pleasant neighbourhood. Shopping Mall across the street. Cozy and clean apartment.
Negative: I have only proposals for improvement. Although there is dishwasher, it would be good to provide a sponge and detergent for hand-washing smaller quantities of dishes, as well as adequate drying space. Also, current towel dryer on the terrace to be replaced with a simple and functional one.
Summary: Very nice.
